1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and niceph24 ("niceph24," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the niceph24 Casino website located at https://niceph24.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

niceph24 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on niceph24, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

niceph24 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where supported.

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. niceph24 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals, though actual processing times may vary depending on network conditions and verification status.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

niceph24 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. niceph24 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the niceph24 Platform — including but not limited to the niceph24 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of niceph24 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of niceph24.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, niceph24 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game RTP figures, promotional terms, or other content.
• Any technical failures, including server downtime, network outages, or software errors beyond niceph24's reasonable control.

niceph24's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your niceph24 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit niceph24's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

niceph24 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on niceph24, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. niceph24 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming fairness or regulatory compliance, players may also escalate concerns to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official channels.
